Payments
When you make a purchase with OptimalAg Solutions, we use Stripe Payments as our payment solution. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
All order prices are posted are USD. Payment methods accepted for purchases are:
Payment Fees
If Customer uses a credit card to pay the Fees or the Registration Fee, Customer may be charged and shall pay a credit card convenience fee in addition to the amount of the Fees or Registration Fee owed. Where required by law, the Company will include a line item on the Customer’s billing statement for such convenience fee. If Customer uses a credit card or ACH (each a “Payment Method”) to pay the Fees or any Registration Fee at any time for the duration of Customer Terms, Customer hereby expressly consents and agrees that Customer Terms constitute, and may be relied upon by Company as, Customer’s express authorization for Company to charge the Payment Method for any Fees or Registration Fees owed by or in the future becoming due from Customer in relation to Customer Terms. Company will provide Customer an annual reconciliation of planted acres per the Acreage Report in Customer’s portal for any charges to the Payment Method and Customer Terms are hereby incorporated in any such Acreage Report. With respect to any such Payment Method, Customer represents and warrants: (i) the credit card or ACH information supplied is true, correct and complete, (ii) Customer is duly authorized to use such Payment Method for any purchases and/or chargers hereunder, and (iii) charges incurred by Customer will be honored by Customer’s credit card company or bank.
Taxes
The Fees and the Registration Fee, and any interest accruing with respect thereto, are exclusive of any sales or other state or local tax, and Customer is solely responsible for payment of any such tax and shall pay such tax to the applicable taxing authorities.
Refund Policy
In the event that any Fees or Registration Fees are not paid when due in accordance herewith, the Company may, in its sole discretion: (a) terminate Customer’s Yield Optimizer provided according to Customer Terms without a refund for any amounts paid for such Yield Optimizer; and/or (b) charge additional interest on the amounts past due at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lesser.
Cancelation Policy
Customer will have the one-time right to cancel its agreement to Customer Terms, and thereby declare Customer Terms null and void and no further force or effect, within twenty-four (24) hours of Customer’s initial execution of and/or agreement to Customer Terms at Enrollment. Only in the event of cancellation of Customer Terms in the first twenty-four (24) hours of the Enrollment execution will Customer be entitled to a refund and be relieved of other payments otherwise becoming due from Customer under Customer Terms.

Your data is stored on secure networks and is accessible only to authorized personnel with specific access rights, who are obligated to maintain confidentiality. When you make purchases or access your personal information, we utilize a secure server. Any sensitive or credit information you provide is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted in our databases. Your Order Information is retained for our records when you place an order through the website, unless you request its deletion in writing to support@optimalagsolutions.com
